Adam and his first sockeye salmon, I wasn't there but he said that it was absolutely beautiful! He of course had to let it go as the seasom for sockeye ended Aug. 31. Too bad- we have never tasted sockeye before.
I was also at William's Creek where you can't retain Sockeye. Man that fish put up a wonderful fight! I felt blessed just to have caught it. Surprisingly a good feeling releasing it.
